Maxevis operates a 10, 000 sqm factory manned by 500 skilled workers, among them, we have 45 expirenced engineers and 5 creative designers. We have strong and creative R&D team, backed by their expertise and experience; We ensure efficient integration of supply chain management and pass every saving yielded onto our buyers. Also We affiliate with top design and solution companies as strategical partners for every product line to ensure product performance and reliability.
Maxevis currently running at 80 percent of capacity, the factory produces 200, 000 portable digital devices every month. Materials and components are sourced from makers in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and mainland China. Our in-house and mobile QC team, devote themselves to the key process in production. Such as IQC (incoming quality control), production scheduling; OQA (outgoing quality assurance) and final inspection. Based on their great job, our products are tested to AQL 1.0/2.5 standards, and pass the certifications of CE, FCC, RoHS & WEEE, etc. We believe quality is the life of our reputation, so about $4 million or 6.9 percent of Maxevis′ total sales is invested in product development each year
